Today, TCK EXPRESS (S) PTE LTD has a fleet of 30 vans covering island-wide deliveries including other deliveries company out of the delivery area zone. We are also providing International courier services, SEA / AIR Freight services, Import / Export Permit Declaration, and Project And Event distribution services.
Job Description
- Respond to all tracing inquiries initiated by both customers and TCK Express's Team promptly, efficiently, and courteously, utilizing available computer systems and observing standard tracing procedures.
- Handle general administrative work including fulfillment and delivery schedule planning with applying of clearance for delivery.
- Complete all necessary documentation, maintain accurate records of all undeliverable, and assist in the compilation of undeliverable reports.
- Prepare necessary shipping documents or perform any administrative support to logistics & shipping.
- Prevent escalation of complaints into claims by working with the customer in a manner ensuring continuity of a positive business relationship with TCK. Advise customers of other TCK services where appropriate and inform them of any irregularities, i.e. bad address, incomplete Pro-forma invoices, in order to pre-empt future problems. Provide satisfactory explanation to the customer and take remedial action where necessary.
- Review data and conduct analysis, propose resolutions of key issues relating to customer deliveries. • (Project – Process in Logistic Management, the process of planning and implementing procedures for the efficient flow of goods in and out of the organization)
