Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve potential issues with their orders
- Import and export activities between customers, shipping agents and transporters
- Work closely with Carriers and overseas agents for shipment arrangements
- Ensure all shipping document and invoice preparation are accurate and error free
- Import & export permit declaration.
- Other ad-hoc job as and when assign
Competency
- Diploma with relevant experience in transportation / freight forwarding
- Experience in permit declaration and shipping documentation would be an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently
- Team player
- Minimum 2 years experience
