Responsibilities
Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns
Perform analysis, research, benchmarking
Monitoring trends – business, digital, competitors etc
Assist in developing and implementation of marketing and business activities (e.g. digital platforms - social media, direct mail, web) to drive traffic
Prepare business presentations – eg promotional/ business presentations, case-studies
Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)
Help organize marketing and business events
Support the business team in daily administrative tasks
Requirements
Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
Solid understanding of different marketing techniques
Have a passion for marketing and business
Knowledge of online applications (e.g. CRM tools, Online analytics and Google Adwords)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Able to multitask and takes initiative
