Job Description


Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is looking for a Recruiter. This role will report to the Lead, Talent Acquisition Group (TAG). 

The role will be responsible to source and manage sourcing efforts for the requirements and end to end recruitment from verification of requirements to closing the offers with the candidates. In addition, the role will be involved in other tasks that TAG is responsible for. 

Working in a fast pace, dynamic and driven environment, the role will get the opportunity to recruit for the latest in-demand technology. There will also be opportunities to upskill through the various online courses offered via our Learning Portal for continuous learning.


  • Campus recruitment activities and logistical & administrative coordination for any related events 
  • Liaising with the tertiary institutions to maintain good partnership and to drive TCS initiatives 
  • Managing all career talks/fair Maintaining database of profiles on system 
  • Responsible to own and manage the assigned lines of business 
  • End to end recruitment lifecycle from Sourcing of CVs to Closing of offers 
  • Working with the business to work out on hiring plans 
  • Proactive talent pipelining 
  • Maintaining and updating Job Descriptions and CVs 
  • Maintaining compliance throughout the recruitment lifecycle 
  • Responsible for other tasks that are allocated to TAG


  • Diploma/Degree in any discipline 
  • Excellent communication, outgoing personality, good presentation and interpersonal skills 
  • Preferred working exposure in IT-related environment
