Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Handle order processing and monitoring of sales orders to conclusion of orders and feedback from Japanese clients
- Liaise with client and suppliers on sales orders delivery.
- Responsible for price comparisons and updating of costs prices and providing of information related to price study
- Participate in meetings with Customers and suppliers.
- Liaise with the Logistics department on sales logistics.
- Liaise with the Technical Support department on supply issue.
Job Requirements
- Possess Nitec or Diploma or Degree
- Preferably with 3 - 5 years of relevant experience.
- Good command of Japanese, both speaking and writing, as you will be required to liaise with clients in Japan
- Preferably familiar with SAP software
