Job Description

• Preparation and coordination of IT Engineers daily schedules
• Providing first-level helpdesk and end-user support
• Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software issues
• Repairing equipment and replacing parts as required
• Managing backup jobs
• Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
• Maintaining records of software licenses
• Managing IT Assets, inventory and other IT supplies
• Source and co-ordinate with vendors for procurement, maintenance and support issues
• Maintain neat and timely update on the service form inputs to the office system

Job Requirements

• At least Nitec, Diploma or Degree
• Have knowledge in Microsoft Navision System
• Proficient in Excel & Email Networking
• Have about 2-4 years of relevant IT experience.
