Taloft – Business Development Intern

Taloft is a startup focusing on talent management. At Taloft, we believe that data, not intuition, is the key to unlocking human potential. 

Traditional CV and interview based hiring has much to be improved with many means of evaluating potential talents subject to heavy biases and inconsistencies. We focus on identifying, measuring, and managing talent, and recommend our findings to clients.

Responsibilities:

Plan and execute sales & marketing strategies / campaigns
Explore new business opportunities
Assist with client on-boarding
Further develop our processes and strategy

Requirements:

Interest or background in Cognitive/Behavioral/IO Psychology
The right attitude and aptitude
Alignment with our vision & mission
Highly motivated and willing to learn
Proactive, independent & reliable
Out of the box thinking
Experience in Design, Writing & Marketing is desirable
