This role does not require any working experience as training will be given.
Please note that this role is to support overseas market (Include US/Europe countries), hence odd working hours will be expected.

Job Requirements
- Min Diploma in any fields; with some admin/customer service experience will be an added advantage
Responsibility
- assist and reply customer's inquiries through phone call and emails
- assist in drafting purchase order contract
- process and update customer orders in system
- other data key-in and admin duties
