Job Responsibility:

• Responsible for supporting the Sales and Account Team on generating backend administrative tasks
• To liaise with the respective functional teams (ie; Pre-sales, Sourcing) to complete the Budgetary Quotation, and follow up on Awarded Contract and Variation Orders for the team.
• In the event that the Sales and Account team requires the support of the Inside Sales, he/she is required to follow up on the necessary (ie; clarification on BQ) to the customer.
• Secondary Support: To provide the necessary assistance to the Sales and Account Team to follow up and complete tasks in the Tender Bidding Process.
• Accountable for ensuring completion and quality of BQs and VOs or equivalent in conjunction with the respective teams
• To understand the necessary technology/solutions and relate to Customer’s Requirements and Use-case at a High-level perspective.
• To be able to collaborate and work closely with the Sales and Account team in team effort engagements.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in any field
• 1 -2 years experience in SI environment
• Fluent in communication
• Relationship/Stakeholder management
• Negotiation & Commercial Acumen
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (ie; Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
