- Deploying integrated IT solutions for customers (both hardware and software).
- Directly serve clients to conduct product installation, training and maintenance
- Maintain good relationship with clients
- Gather requirements and feedback on product and work with product team to continuously improve product.
- Lead customer management analysis with internal stakeholders to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA) are achieved
- Assist to other account managers
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree from recognized institutes
- No work experience required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
