TaFF – Retail Associate – Design Orchard Retail Showcase (DORS)

1. Managing in day to day operations of the store.
2. Perform cashiering duties such as handling the point-of-sale, NETS system and tax refund.
3. Housekeeping duties in keeping stores clean and tidy.
4. Meet sales goals by motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to the management team.
5. Manage stock levels and assist in making decisions with regards to stock control.
6. Ensure high levels of customer’s satisfaction through excellent service.
7. Ensure that safety, security, and administration procedures are followed.
8. Have good product knowledge of the products in store.
9. Clear communication to the customers with the on-going promotions in store.
10. Performing any other tasks as assigned by your ‘SaiKang Warrior’.
