Description:
Customer Service
- Greeting customers and answer to customers queries by promoting of product and our service.
- Being approachable and friendly spirited demeanor.
- Accepting returning customers and conduct after-sales service by assisting.
- Crisis management. Handling a frustrated person and converting to a satisfied customer, compliance to company SOPs, taking account of customer's situation.
Sales Engagement
- Engage customers with personalized greetings and creating embedded connection.
- Constructing positive relations with guests and promoting of our featured brands and product.
- Attract and impress beloved guests by creating an memorable experience by closing an sale.
- Introduce online platform (Sysmoon.com) and corporate/bulk purchase availability with customer.
Business Insights
- Upload accurate sales figures & relevant information
- Concluding results and creating after action report by referring into past sales records and tailoring towards business needs by adjustment of product displays, price and promotion to further increase maximum sales potential
- Articulate good knowledge of business fundamentals for B2B B2C sales.
Visual Merchandising
- Ensuring superior level of product merchandises and that are in sync with various brands SOPs.
- Display Cabinets and product restocking with FIFO (first in first out logistics).
Inventory
- Stock replenishment and accountability for opening, closing and handover. (updating of daily inventory checklist)
- Ensure store is always neat and tidy, and existing products are all well organised.
- Weekly checks of overall phone inventory count
Operational
- Opening and closing checklist to be adhered in a strict manner
- Store's cabinet alarm are checked for functionality.
- CCTV are turned on, functional and not blocked from blind spots.
Qualifications / Experience / Attributes:
- Experience in prior retail sales and/or customer service representative.
- Motivated to acquire new marketing, business knowledge and operations skill.
- Energetic, enterprising and motivated team player that is willing to provide relevant insights
- Individual that are willing to learn more about the industry and running a business startup, and want to improve in their communication and presentation skills and widen their network.
- Excellent planning and analytical skills.
- One that enjoys working in a startup environment with no top down hierarchy
- Result oriented person, meticulous with an eye for details
- Effective time management & prioritization skills
- Good negotiation techniques
Location / Working Hours:
- Choa Chu Kang.
- 4 Weekdays & 1 Weekend.
- 1000 hrs to 1900 hrs with one hour break.
