Job Description
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management and asset reporting
- Perform review and analysis of properties performances.
- Assist in tax structuring, regulatory reporting.
- Assist on documentation for financing structure and other structuring activities.
- Perform financial modelling and analysis.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the management
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Degree in Accountancy/ Finance or equivalent with professional accounting qualifications (CPA, ACCA).
- Minimum 3-4 years of accounting experience for full time position.
- Meticulous, independent and good interpersonal skill.
- Accounting experience in the car rental industry would be an advantage.
