Swiss-Asia Financial Services Pte Ltd – Operations Intern

The candidate will need to meet the following requirements:

• An interest in financial products and markets

• Attention to detail
• The ability to analyse and research information

Tasks would include:

• Upload daily trade files into the portfolio management system
• Setting up instruments in Portfolio Management system, booking of trades and corporate actions
• Comfortable with manual processes and able to improvise with automation
• Organization, file management & miscellaneous administrative support
• Provide support in reconciling and monitoring daily activity
• Updating internal reports
• Handling and coordinating client support activity
• Checking and verification of client forms
• Form filling for account opening process
• Take on any ad-hoc project assigned

Preferred for intern to work everyday.

Graduates preferred, undergraduates are welcome if they can commit to working everyday.
