Swimwerks Aquatic Training & Services is established in 2015 with a vision to promote water safety and equip individuals with swimming and lifesaving skills.
With more than 5 years of expertise and collaboration with industry partners, Swimwerks Asia Pte. Ltd. was established in 2020. We have since expanded our services across to the corporate and government sectors.
Our portfolio includes; Lifeguard Services, Learn to Swim Programs, Swimming Instructor Courses, Lifesaving Courses, Aqua Fitness Programs, Lifesaving Technologies, Event Management, and aquatic products.
Swimwerks aim to be the preferred one stop aquatic hub in Singapore and Asia Pacific by the year 2028.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist to Build, plan, implement & manage all marketing strategies & activities for the company & its subsidiaries
- Develop new marketing initiatives such as social media, events, campaigns or collaborations to strengthen engagement with target audience
- Create brand awareness
- Monitor market trends, analysis of competitors activities to identify opportunities and provide suggestions for improvement
- Manage & improve social media accounts including websites
- The candidate must be proficient in Facebook, Instagram & Tik Tok Marketing
- Create marketing collaterals
Requirements
- Have the creativity in you
- Have the business sense in you (Quick in understanding & dealing with a business situation)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in English
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
- Problem solver & the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Meticulous, organized, able to manage your time well and keen eye for details
- Knowledge of MS Office software
- Able to analyse data and statistics
- An advantage if the candidate have a portfolio for reference
