- Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Measuring and mixing ingredients to bake cakes using baking tools and equipment
- Assist in testing of ingredients and finished goods, ensuring that food safety and quality control standards are met
- Ensure work areas, machinery, and equipment are clean, organized and adhere to applicable safety rules and housekeeping requirements
- Adhere to production, packaging and delivery schedule
- Help in the food production process
- Manage inventory for food production ingredients, ensuring adequate inventory for production requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned or required
