Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Update internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms.
- Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours, and OT.
- Support front desk reception duties, including answering incoming calls, receiving or sorting the mail, and couriers arrange
- Screen resumes and application forms
- Assist with the coordination of interview arrangements.
- Support new hire onboarding process, including issuing staff passes and coordinating onboarding sessions.
- Support in setting up and maintenance of employee p-files documents and filing
- Support HR improvement projects and new initiatives.
- Any other duties which may be assigned from time and time.
