Job Description

We are looking for a Procurement Assistant (Contract) who can ideally commit for 6 months, starting from mid July 2025 to February 2026. He/she will be report to the Procurement HOD and assist the team in the day-to-day procurement functions.

Working hours: Mon – Fri, 9am-5pm

Location: 120 Lower Delta Rd, #02-10/11 Cendex Centre, Singapore 169208

 

Responsibilities:

  • To check invoices, delivery orders.

  • To handle inventory data entry in system.

  • Maintain the ERP System.

  • Maintain Vendor information in system.

  • Maintain Item information in system.

  • Obtain competitive pricing for specifications as directed.

  • Provide support and assist in day-to-day operation of the department.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Procurement / Supply Chain or its equivalent professional certification.

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Excel

  • Driven and self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
