About the Internship
We are looking for a Medical Marketing & Operations Intern to support our day-to-day marketing, sales, and operational activities. This internship is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented individual who is keen to gain hands-on exposure to both marketing and operations within the healthcare and medical aesthetics industry.
You will work closely with the team on marketing execution (digital and event-based), order processing, logistics coordination, and customer support, while gaining regional exposure across Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Support
Assist in executing marketing campaigns, including email newsletters, social media posts, and promotional activities
Support event planning and logistics for workshops, training sessions, and conferences
Coordinate with designers or agencies on marketing collateral such as flyers, brochures, and digital content
Help update the company website and social media platforms with new content
Assist in collecting market feedback and basic competitor insights
Operations & Sales Support
Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and basic sales documents
Help maintain accurate customer and product records
Support the sales team in client follow-ups and preparation of simple sales reports
Coordinate with logistics providers on deliveries and shipment arrangements
Assist in tracking stock levels and updating inventory records
Handle basic customer inquiries and escalate more complex requests to the relevant team member
Support after-sales activities, including coordination of product training sessions or simple service requests
Administrative Support
Provide general administrative assistance including filing, scheduling, and record-keeping
Assist with preparations for meetings, training sessions, and marketing activities
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Life Sciences, or a related discipline, able to work minimum 4 days a week full time.
Interest in healthcare, medical devices, or medical aesthetics is a plus
Strong organizational skills with good attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with Canva, Mailchimp, or social media tools is an advantage
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work both independently and in a team
