Your responsibilities include:
- Supervising and Assisting Students with Homework and Assignments
- Planning and Conducting Age-Appropriate Activities
- Ensuring the Safety and Well-Being of All Students
- Maintaining Discipline and Promoting Positive Social Behaviors
- Liaising Effectively with Parents/Guardians
- Maintaining Accurate Attendance and Progress Records
- Upholding the Cleanliness and Hygiene of the Centre
Requirements:
- Genuine Care and Passion for Nurturing Young Learners
- Patient, Responsible and Able to Follow Instructions
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Able to Work Independently and as Part of a Team
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers
