Job Description

About the Role 

SuperClean SG is hiring a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Intern to support scheduling, coordination, and day-to-day operations. You’ll work closely with the Director to ensure smooth service delivery, efficient internal processes, and great client experiences. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn how a tech-enabled services business operates while gaining exposure to real-world scheduling, client coordination, and operational strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily scheduling and coordination of cleaners and jobs

  • Send reminders and instructions to cleaners and follow up as needed

  • Liaise with clients for booking confirmations, changes, and service feedback

  • Support client invoicing and track payment status

  • Help document and improve SOPs for operations, scheduling, and service delivery

  • Work with the Director to support recruitment, training, and quality tracking

  • Use digital tools to manage workflows and keep records updated

  • Assist in preparing reports, audits, and basic market research

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Operations, or related field (others welcome based on merit)

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

  • Good communication skills and a customer-first mindset

  • Comfortable using Google Workspace and digital tools (e.g. scheduling systems, CRM, WhatsApp Business)

  • Proactive, solutions-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
