Founded in 2017, Achievers Dream is a Chemistry Specialist Tuition Centre dedicated to helping students truly understand the subject — not just memorise it. We’re one of the few centres in Singapore with an NEA-approved Chemistry lab, where students get to learn in a real, guided setting. Role Overview:

We know stepping into teaching can feel overwhelming — that’s why at Achievers Dream, we invest heavily in your success from Day 1.

• You’ll start with our proven, research-backed 5-Stage Teacher Training System
• Receive step-by-step guidance from experienced mentors
• Learn exactly how to deliver effective lessons and guide students — no guesswork
• Progress at a structured pace, with constant support and feedback

Once you’re confident and ready, you’ll officially step into your role as a Chemistry Teacher, where your main focus will be:

• Teaching secondary and/or JC students in group class settings

• Conducting both classroom lessons and hands-on lab sessions in our NEA-approved Chemistry Lab

• Helping students truly understand Chemistry — not just memorise

• Focusing solely on teaching — with minimal admin work (our support team handles the backend)

We’re looking for someone who is:


• Patient, reliable, and committed to students’ improvement

• Passionate about teaching — not interested in research or excessive admin

• Eager to grow, learn, and become a respected Chemistry Specialist

• Someone who respects work life balance and giving 100% at work.
• Teaching or tutoring experience will be a bonus as training will be provided
• Detail-oriented in marking and student feedback
• Team player who is dependable and willing to help when needed

Work Schedule & Location

Outlets: Bukit Timah, Lorong Chuan, Kembangan

• Option 1: 4 weekdays (1:00pm–9:00pm) + 1 weekend (8:30am–6:30pm)
• Option 2: 3 weekdays (1:00pm–9:00pm) + 2 weekends (8:30am–6:30pm)
