Job Description

Accounts Assistant (5 Days)


Responsibilities:
- Process vendor and supplier invoices, in a timely manner, by verifying accuracy &obtaining approvals.
- Perform monthly reconciliation of both Supplier and Vendor Statement of Accounts
- Prepare payment voucher and associated AP ageing reports for payment processing
- Sort Cost of Goods Sold, Inventory conversion & journal
- Perform miscellaneous billing & inter-company billing (include monthly AR & AP reconciliation) and update of fund transfer & contra billing
- Record and recon ciliate vouchers
- Ad hoc Accounting duties as assigned

Requirements:
- An O-level educational qualification with LCCI / Diploma in Accounting
- 1 years of relevant working experience
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Meticulous, team-player and able to work independently
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
