Sunfield Global Pte Ltd – Junior Operations Executive

Sunfield Global Pte Ltd (SG) was founded and incorporated in Singapore in 2015 by a group of experienced traders.

The team at Sunfield is lead by Toh Beng Ann, who has more than 20years of experience in the oilseeds business. Over the course of last two decades and very successful career Beng Ann has lead various trading desks starting in Kuok Oils and Grains, Wilmar, AAA and Bunge Asia. He is also credited with setting up a profitable palm oil trading desk within Bunge Asia in his last assignment.

As an Junior Operations Executive, your role would be to be able to complete end to end documentation for international shipments.

Responsibilities Include

• Handle and manage shipping documents (including B/L, commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, certificate of weight and quality)
• Handle and manage all necessary documents for L/C application and bank negotiation
• Operations coordination
• Other Ad Hoc Duties as assigned

Requirements

• Fresh diploma in any discipline 

• Possess Knowledge on Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin

• Positive attitude, committed, meticulous, responsible and ability to multi-task 

• A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skill

• Willing to learn and gain more experience
