Summer Productions Pte Ltd – Project Coordinator

Job Scope:

1. To service exhibitors and assist them in their booth requirements and any other adhoc enquiries
2. Assisting the Project Manager in their requirements 
3. Collation of all requirements and briefing out to various vendors
4. Liaising with various vendors in ensuring both exhibitor and PM requirements are met both pre site and on site 
5. On site exhibitor service 
6. On site adhoc duties as instructed by the PM 
7. Other administrative work as required

Job requirements:

1. Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint 
2. Customer service experience is an advantage 
3. Comfortable with administrative work and working long hours if needed 
4. Organised and ability to work under stress. Time management is an advantageous skill to have 
5. 5 day work week, however required to work weekends when the event draws closer
