- Manage/Coordinate the sales & operations planning process including supply & demand forecasting, inventory management and on time delivery.
- Develop product costs forecasts and cost lists
- Plan delivery timetables to ensure sufficient stocks in store
- Oversee ordering and packing process
- Constant monitor stocks movement and update inventory reporting
- Select transportation mode to minimize costs by combining shipments
- Evaluate costs of transportation, services and inventory within budget
- Handle technical details relating to customs regulation and any necessary documentations
- Manage inventory, inbound & outbound deliveries, vendors and 3PL warehouses
- Direct 3PL provider to ensure achievement of cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness
