The Role:We are seeking a dual-talented professional who is as passionate about human movement as they are about communicating that passion on camera. As a Stretch Therapist & Movement Ambassador, you will be the heart of the StretchFlo client experience, delivering exceptional one-on-one assisted stretching sessions. Crucially, you will also serve as a visible face of our brand, starring in marketing videos, social media content, and tutorials that showcase your expertise and charismatic energy.This role is perfect for a certified stretch/flexibility professional who is confident, articulate, and wants to extend their impact beyond the treatment room to inspire thousands through digital media.Key Responsibilities:1. Stretch Therapy (Primary Duty):Conduct personalized, one-on-one assisted stretching sessions for a diverse clientele, utilizing techniques from modalities like PNF, Active Isolated Stretching, or similar.Perform thorough client assessments to identify flexibility deficits, mobility restrictions, and client goals.Design and implement safe, effective, and progressive stretching protocols.Educate clients on proper form, breathing techniques, and home-care practices.Maintain detailed and professional client records.Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming studio environment.2. Content Creation & Brand Ambassadorship:Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, script, and star in engaging video content. This includes, but is not limited to:Tutorials on specific stretches.Demonstrations of client progress and transformation stories.Educational "Mythbuster" or Q&A videos.Energetic, brand-aligned promotional videos.Bring stretching concepts to life on camera with clarity, enthusiasm, and approachability.Use your professional credibility to enhance the brand's authority in the wellness space.Participate in photo shoots and represent the brand at events (as required).Who You Are:Certified Professional: Hold a recognized certification in Assisted Stretching, Flexibility Coaching, Massage Therapy, Physical Therapy Assistant, Personal Training (with a flexibility specialization), or a related field. CPR/First Aid certified.

Proven Experience: 0-2+ years of hands-on experience conducting assisted stretching or a closely related manual therapy. Training will be provided for those with no experience.

A Natural On Camera: Comfortable and confident speaking and performing stretches on video. No need to be a professional actor, but you must be articulate, engaging, and able to convey complex ideas simply. (Previous on-camera experience is a huge plus!)

Exceptional Communicator: Outstanding interpersonal skills, both in-person with clients and on-screen with an audience. You are a teacher at heart.
