Job Description

Service Technician (Home Appliances) (minimum 3 months)

The technician is responsible to repair the faulty appliances in a timely manner and to ensure that the quality is able to meet its standard.


Job Description

  1. To trouble-shoot and repair electrical home appliances.
  2. To ensure that all repairs must be timely and meet the quality standard.
  3. To provide technical support to address customer enquiries.
  4. To clear any outstanding repairs.
  5. To maintain good housekeeping at workplace.
  6. To be accountable for all repairs stock. (No missing of repair stock)



Job REQUIREMENTS

  1. Undergrad, current ITE or Polytechnics students, ORD personnel, Mid-career Switchers, all are welcome.
  2. Ability to work under pressure.
  3. A team player with a responsible and positive service mind-set.
  4. Customer-oriented.
  5. Able to use MS Office.
