Key Roles
The key responsibility of the Product Specialist/Sales Demonstrator is to serve customers by promoting and selling the company’s products; meeting customer needs. The various tasks that you are required to perform, contributes to the profitability and growth of the company.
This role reports to the Sales Personnel assigned to you who is overseeing the store you are posted to.
Responsibilities:
- To provide excellent customer and sale service in a retail environment
- Identify and attend to customers’ needs and enquiries on our products
- Demonstrate/promote, provide information and sell our products
- Create a positive image and lead consumers to use/purchase it
- Set up and arrange displays & demonstration areas to attract the attention of prospective customers
- Update and provide information and feedback to Sales & Marketing team on sales and status
- Any other duties as assigned
