Responsibilities
- Preparation of monthly financial reports such as monthly journals, full set of accounts and assisting in the preparation of Monthly Management Report.
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Inventory Management
- GST
- Expenses claim
- Cash flow management
- Issue delivery orders, Invoices, Debit/Credit/consignment note
- Handing trade financing transactions. (LC/TR/OA/TT)
- Support HR and admin function
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or other equivalent accounting qualification.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related wholesale and retail trade.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical, meticulous, resourceful and result-driven.
- Able to work overtime occasionally.
