RESPONSIBILITIES:
- A Design Consultant should be a highly sales driven individual with a passion for high-end home design and strong experience in client management. His day to day activities includes but not limited to:
- Represent Story Of Us, and set appointment with new prospect.
- Understand home owners’ requirement and develop strong design concept.
- Work closely along side with in house Interior Concept Designer & Drafter on various required documents to prepare for Design Proposal.
- Preparation of Quotation.
- Present Design Proposal.
- Provide customers with consultation over materials and color specifications.
- Award and liaison with clients, suppliers, and sub contractors.
- Managing project budget and costing.
- Conduct quality check before handing over to customers.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma in Interior Design /Architectural or equivalent.
- Candidate should have minimum 1- 2 years of working experiences in relevant industry and scope of works.
- Strong presentation and negotiation to drive sales and sell design concept;
- Good flair of design.
- Professional understanding in space planning, conceptualising, material and colour usage.
- Knowledgeable in area of design detail and project management.
- Strong determination and highly motivated individual who can work under pressure.
- Ability to meet deadlines of multiple projects in fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch up and Freehand Sketching.
- Mentorship provided.
