Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Operations Finance Intern to support day-to-day finance and finance operations activities. This role is designed for students or fresh graduates with little to no prior experience who want to learn how finance works in a real business environment.

You will assist the team with basic reporting, data entry, and operational tasks while gaining exposure to financial processes and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with basic data entry and updating financial records
• Help prepare simple reports and spreadsheets
• Support tracking of expenses and invoices
• Organize and maintain financial documents
• Assist in checking data accuracy and resolving simple discrepancies
• Support the team with administrative and operational tasks
• Help compile information for weekly or monthly reporting

Requirements

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Good organization and time management skills
• Comfortable working with numbers and data
• No prior work experience required

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Basic understanding of finance or accounting concepts (school-level is fine)
• Familiarity with Excel formulas (SUM, AVERAGE, etc.)
• Interest in operations, finance, or business processes
