JD Summary
As an Industrial Engineering Intern (Production Support) in STMicroelectronics Singapore, you will observe shop floor capacity and study equipment utilization reports of different departments and list of tasks in shop floor to establish a rule of thumb for effective staffing. The intern will be tasked to automate and forecast needed headcount. This will be done using MOS (multiple object study) methodology & theoretical simulation from IE system.
Requirements
-A Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma/ Advanced Diploma in Industrial Engineering
-SGP/ SPRs/ Existing Work Holiday Pass holders preferred
-Able to build knowledge of entity and build a Staffing Model
-IE knowledge, Web Page platform or simple programming knowledge, Knowledge of Excel Macro
-Preferred knowledge in qual task
-Able to commit for a 6 months long internship (regular office hours from 830am to 615pm)
