Job Description

We're looking for positively driven, sharp, and self-motivated individuals who have a strong interest in creating and operationalizing platforms to promote practical applications of good stewardship through education, engagement, and outreach. An intern in this position will be supporting events (physical, hybrid, and virtual) and executive education programmes, with a focus on the areas below:

Events Operations 

  • Support end-to-end planning and execution of events, including venue sourcing, speaker/stakeholder outreach, and logistics coordination
  • Help maintain event tracking sheets (schedules, RSVPs, budgets, vendor contacts)
  • Outreach and follow-up communications to vendors, venues, and partners
  • Assist with on-site event logistics and day-of coordination as needed
  • Liaising with vendors on event planning and logistics where needed
  • Prepare briefing documents, run sheets, post-programme analysis and report


Database Management & CRM

  • Maintaining event databases on attendee information and CRM where needed
  • Audit and de-duplicate an existing contacts/subscriber database spanning multiple sources (business cards, event sign-ups, email lists)
  • Identify and fill missing fields (e.g. company, designation, country, contact source) through research or cross-referencing existing materials
  • Merge overlapping records and reconcile conflicting entries
  • Recommend and help implement a process improvement where necessary

 

Requirements 

  • Currently pursuing or recently have completed a Diploma in Events Management, Hospitality, or Business Administration
  • Effective communication and writing skills
  • Meticulous, analytical, highly organised and intellectually inquisitive
  • Good team player yet able to work well independently
