Job Description
- Engaging in promoting and educating customers about the features and advantages of Sterra products.
- Gaining insights into customers' requirements and recommending suitable products to address their concerns.
- Developing professional customer service skills.
- Conducting daily inventory checks and generating reports.
- Offering valuable feedback to management for product and process enhancements.
- Effectively managing customer complaints and providing solutions.
- Initiating requests for stock replenishment.
- Ensuring the consistent maintenance of the brand image.
- Acquiring knowledge about managing roadshows, retail outlets, and exhibitions.
