We are seeking 2 dynamic and organized Events Leads to join our team, responsible for orchestrating three distinct types of events: teaching events, birthday celebrations, and science competitions. As the Events Lead, you will play a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, and executing these events to ensure a seamless and unforgettable experience for participants.
For teaching events, you will collaborate with educators and subject matter experts to organize workshops, seminars, and training sessions. Your role involves managing logistics, coordinating schedules, and creating an environment conducive to effective learning.
When it comes to birthday events, you will be the creative mind behind memorable celebrations. From conceptualizing themes to coordinating entertainment and managing guest lists, your role is to transform birthdays into joyous and well-coordinated experiences.
Additionally, the Events Lead will oversee the planning and execution of science competitions. This involves liaising with schools, participants, and judges, ensuring all elements are in place for a successful and fair competition.
