1st Student:
1. To develop knowledgebase for Tester Resource on each Tester Platform
2. To be able to determine equivalent Tester Resource of one Tester Platform to another
3. To be able to determine tester resource that can meet the datasheet/Specification requirement
4. To be able to create tester equivalent config base on the another tester platform config

2nd Student:
1. Expected to reduce lots on hold with an aim to come with pre-disposition list for each product based on known MTF.
2. Aims to improve cycle time and PTShip performance since the lot can be moved quickly based on MTF pre-disposition.
3. It will save manpower PE/PLS resource from extra verification and validation of low yield lots

3rd Student:
1. To design, modify and develop the hardware circuitries for PC-base continuity testing
2. To develop the software for PC interfacing, activation of test, capturing of test results and error handling for the testing
3. To build the prototypes and characterize to test the project concepts.
