Starships Balloons was born out of the desire to connect with those that mean the most through perfectly arranged bundles of joy. Our kaleidoscopic selection of pure joy encapsulates our hopes and our dreams, elaborately crafted and paired to reflect the intricate complexities of life and all its vivid nuances and radiant emotions.

The brands started by a group of young Singapore entrepreneurs in 2017. We are currently in 8 locations throughout the country and we are expanding!
What you will learn & experience over the next 3-6 months:
- Assist to manage a start-up company that is growing rapidly. (We are looking to be in 30 locations in Singapore by end 2019, and the intern will be working very closely with the owners to meet the business objective)
- Retail management for both frontend and backend
- Learn how to scale a start-up retail brand.
Your Responsibility:
- Manage Retail outlet (4 weekdays + 1 weekend)
- Manage walk-in customers
- Provide advice and suggestions to customers base on our product for their event
- Manage orders in fulfillment center
- Manage social media, ecommerce platforms and website enquiries and orders
- Manage & create social media contents, videos, pictures & promotions and holiday posts

- Regularly visiting partner stores to manage inventory and receive feedback
