Job Description

Candidates will have first-hand experience of the job roles, have a deeper understanding of the dynamics of the industry and acquire practical and generic skills, competencies and experience that will be useful in the business environment and achieving the organization goals and objectives.

 

Role 1: Business Support/Digital Marketing

 

1. Conduct market research on marketing campaign, branding and awareness

2. Research and study the latest digital and social media trends

3. Monitor, review, update and maintain corporate social media accounts and website

4. Assist in execution of full spectrum of marketing activities and marketing communications which includes creation of marketing collaterals. Videgraphy, content crafting etc.

 

Role 2: HR

 

1. Conduct candidates search, interviews and profile evaluations.

2. Plan and support recruitment activities to engage prospective candidates

3. Create and maintain HR data, records and files

4. Develop JDs and craft HR documents

5. Handle matters relating to staff benefits

6. Assist in the administration of training & development of recruits
