This is a 12-month Associate Trainee Programme that supports the transition into workforce by allowing individuals to secure full-time employment, tapping on structured on-the-job and institution-based training so as to deepen skills and knowledge acquired in school graduating from local polytechnics (business courses), or after National Service.
The objective of this Associate Trainee program aims to equip candidates with the knowledge and skills to provide advice on financial products that meet the needs and financial goals of their clients. Participants will become competent professional advisors by attaining relevant technical and marketing knowledge, and skills for managing advisor-client relationships. Successful practitioners must demonstrate awareness of ethical considerations and legal responsibilities in their role as fiduciaries to clients.
Entry requirements:
- Singaporeans or Singapore Permanent Residents
- Recent polytechnic graduates or those completed their National Service
- A business-related Polytechnic Diploma. Other disciplines are subject to our approval.
