Job Description

Purpose of role

This internship will provide you with hands on experience to general HR operations for Singapore and Australia. Based in Singapore, you will assist in activities across the employee lifecycle and exposure on how an organization prepares for a HCM migration.

Work arrangement

We expect a 4-day work week of 7 hours per day with the ability to commit for at least 6 months.

 

Job Responsibilities

1. Employee Welfare & Engagement

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating employee engagement activities, company events, celebrations, and wellness initiatives.
  • Assist in the administration of employee welfare programmes and communication materials.

2. HR operations

  • Support the monthly payroll operation.
  • Coordinate job opening postings, and other recruitment coordination.

3. HR Projects 

  • Assist with digitization of records.
  • Provide support in preparing reports, data organization as required..
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives relating to HR processes and employee experience.

4. Other Duties

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as required.
  • Assist with ad hoc HR assignments and projects.

Knowledge and Experience

  • Completed or currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot or other AI-powered productivity tools will be an added advantage.
  • Strong research, analytical, and presentation skills with an interest in process improvement and employee experience initiatives.
