Stalford Learning Centre is a leading name in the private education industry, dedicated to helping students achieve their academic goals. We are looking for a customer-oriented and proactive Customer Service Executive to be the face of our centre and ensure a positive experience for our students and parents.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all walk-in customers, parents, and students.
Attend to enquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information on our courses, schedules, and programmes.
Effectively converse in both English and Mandarin to liaise with a diverse range of clients.
Manage student registration and process course fee payments accurately.
Provide essential administrative support to our teaching staff, including the preparation of materials and attendance tracking.
Maintain the front desk and general environment of the centre, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming.
Perform general administrative duties as required to ensure the smooth operation of the centre.
Requirements:
Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Diploma, or equivalent.
Must be bilingual and able to converse fluently in both English and Mandarin to communicate with our Mandarin-speaking students and parents.
Previous experience in customer service, front desk, or administrative roles is highly advantageous.
A friendly, patient, and professional demeanor.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to work independently and as a collaborative team member.
Working Hours:
This is a full-time position based on a 5-day work week.
Applicants must be willing to work on both weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
The role requires working on a rotating shift schedule, with weekday shifts ending at 9:30 PM.
