StackUp (under tribeX) – Integrations and Analytics Intern

In this role, we will train you to

• Leverage your strong API knowledge to design and develop custom applications, enabling seamless integration of various segregated systems.
• Improving the payment system for crypto payments across multiple networks, ensuring data integrity, scalability and adhering to industry best practices.
• Enhancing automation for payment system for FIAT payments tailored to our specific requirements, providing flexibility and accommodating diverse currencies.
• Implementing automated and scalable systems streamlines payment processing, minimizes manual intervention, and facilitates efficient handling of high transaction volumes, resulting in increased operational efficiency and increased customer satisfaction.
• Utilizing Zendesk Explore to develop insightful reports, leveraging data analytics to identify trends, and ensuring the maintenance and enhancement of existing dashboards for effective monitoring and decision-making for the Customer Support Team

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing Degree qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
• Proficient in Python, SQL or any high-level programming languages
• Experience working with visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, RShiny, pydash
• Familiar with SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB etc.)
• Familiar with REST APIs or GraphQL
• Familiarity with basic statistics (for analysis purposes)
• You have a systematic problem-solving approach, and an affinity for details, combined with a strong sense of ownership and drive
• You have a passion for automating tasks and developing scalable processes
• Experience with test-driven development
• Full time internship duration will be preferred over part time arrangement
