Square One eschews from traditional chiropractic care and utilises an evidence-based approach to help people with chronic pain. Moving away from conventional chiropractic adjustment treatments, modern pain science – the study of how pain is often independent of injury – forms the foundation of our approach to treatment. We work with the body’s natural robustness and increase your resilience through individualised movements and exercises. Our mission?
