Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Junior Computer Support Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone starting their IT career who is eager to learn and provide technical support in a fast-paced game development environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support to staff (hardware, software, and network issues)
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems in a timely manner
  • Assist in setting up workstations and development environments
  • Maintain IT documentation and support logs
  • Support internal tools used in game development

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with Windows/macOS environments
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
  • Relevant certification or diploma in IT (preferred but not required)
