Spout Entertainment Pte Ltd – HR Officer

REAPRA is building up a subsidiary company in the eSports industry. We’re in need of a variety of talented, enthusiastic, and passionate individuals with a love for eSports to help us create and distribute compelling content.

The position will be responsible for performing clerical and administrative duties, and assisting our company executives for our head office in Singapore.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Business administrative tasks such as: On-boarding, Off-boarding, CPF, Tax, Visa Application.
• Manage our recruiting process using Workable
• Handle internal/external communication between the CEO and COO
• Manage simple financial tasks such as bookkeeping, financial projections etc
• Manage and coordinate with suppliers, service providers, and other external partners to achieve deliverables
• Manage and build business relationships for the CEO
• Manage and build relationship with potential investors
• Other duties as required/as directed by the Executive Team

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing
• Fluent in English
• Go-getter with a strong drive in solving problems with minimal supervision
• An understanding of basic Singapore legal requirements. (Tax Paying, Employment Law)
• Have basic computing skills, for example being proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel
• Accounting, HR, Recruiting Skills and experience are a plus
