Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• No work experience required.
• Required Skill(s): Customer service, Quotation, Social Media Management, Human Resource Management, Accounts Assistant
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel
• Excellent in business communication skill and time management skills.
• Preferably specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.

Responsibilities:

• To provide secretarial support and co-ordinate office needs and attend to administrative and documentation requirements.
• Handles clients’ enquiries, letters and documents, petty cash, mailing and postage, office and equipment maintenance and other related matters.
• Prepare quotations, invoices and agreements.
• Perform ad-hoc duties & any other duties that may be assigned.
• Handle general public relations matters on social media
• Maintenance of websites
• Preparing for weekly marketing campaigns on Active Campaign and social media as directed by Project Director.
• Keep herself updated with the promotions going on and update in weekly marketing campaign
• Assist Business Manager to manage rewards system and making bookings for rewards redemption all over the world.
• Working with B2B clients ensuring their total satisfaction with our service
• Identify and develop long term relationships with potential and new clients
