Job Description

Brand Experience Ambassador

We are looking for a Brand Experience Ambassador to help us build our homegrown ceiling fan brand and raise brand awareness. You’ll work across all levels and departments of our organization to find what makes us unique and communicate it to the world.

It will be an exciting but a challenging role. The impact of your work will be the most visible when building the brand recognition of our ceiling fans.

The ideal candidate should be creative and be comfortable with challenging conformity. You will be helping us to shape our company’s outward image. We’ll turn to you to learn what can attract our customers and prospects and how we can improve customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights
  • Shape and communicate our vision and mission
  • Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities
  • Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
  • Devise innovative growth strategies
  • Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics
  • Implementing outreach programmes to strengthen existing customers’ relations.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding communication skills, with language proficiency in English. Additional language is a plus.
  • Fresh graduates preferred
