Editorial Intern (2 positions available)
Job Description
- To assist with content creation (herworld.com; IG/TikTok), supporting our editorial team at photo and video shoots, as well as ad-hoc administrative tasks. This could range from helping to return loans to the uploading of digital stories.
- Ideating and pitching social media content for IG and TikTok.
- Contribute 2-3 TikToks per week, inclusive of coming up with video concepts, filming all original video assets (mobile device is fine) and all editing whether in or outside the TikTok app.
Essential Skills required-
Knowledgeable and up-to-date in different social media trends and best practices - High-level understanding of TikTok platform and video editing
Learning outcome and exposure- The candidate will scale up their knowledge of digital content creation, such as developing a strong news sense, and learning how to expand the online reach of an established women's publication.
- By observing and assisting with photo and video shoots, the candidate will gain first-hand exposure on how an editorial production works.
Working hours
Monday to Friday 9.30am - 6pm
