Role Overview: Join us as a Community Engagement Intern to gain hands-on experience in managing communication channels, creating digital content, and supporting event planning. Open to polytechnic and university students with an interest in communications and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft newsletters, EDMs, and digital articles

• Manage communication channels (WhatsApp, Telegram, social media)

• Assist in event planning, execution, and project management

• Support loyalty program management and strategy using data

• Handle publicity and media management for events

• Write and edit news copy for various platforms

Requirements:

• Strong interest in digital communication, social media, and event management

• Good writing skills for digital content and communication platforms

• Familiarity with communication tools like WhatsApp, Telegram, and social media

• Detail-oriented with project management and organizational skills

• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment
